US only Pandora Charms?

Could anybody please help me find out about this?

Someone from my family will be visiting the US soon and I thought about asking him to bring me back a charm that isn't available here in Germany. :shame:

I know that you have the Heart Muranos which aren't sold here and a Football Helmet (Canada has a Maple Leaf one, right?). Is there anything else that's US only?

There is a dice bead thats only available in Las Vegas. There are the swirl muranos which are only available here and the One World Health bead. I think thats it. Not too much.

Thank you! That helped alot. I wasn't aware that the Swirl Muranos were US only as well. That might be what I will ask for since I prefer getting heart/love charms from DBF.
