UPS shipment notification but didn't purchase anything...

I was so confused today. Received a UPS notification that something was being shipped to my LV store from another LV. But I haven't bought anything! I texted my CA and he was off yesterday and today so he had no clue. Texted me again after checking and said I wonder what it could be?
Has this ever happened to anyone else??? Hubby thought maybe a gift since my bday is Saturday but I'm nowhere near VIC status.

Something similar happened to me and it was a surprise of sweets and champagne being shipped to my home. I am not VIC either, I just have a thoughtful CA. I wouldn’t be surprised if it is something similar; wishing you an early happy birthday.

It happened to me before, I received an apology card and a small box that was filled with varies perfume sample, as a gift . The reason was because I complained about the slow service of one courier company that LV used to send my item, and requested them not to use that courier anymore for my future items. After that they always use DHL which is very efficient and I actually had forgotten about my complaint when I received that notice about LV was sending me something , I thought it was a faulty message.

I’ve received shipping notifications when I have ordered something through my SA and its being shipped to the store. did you order anything through him, maybe something on a waitlist?
