Hi! you had a few posts about this in the Fashionphile shopping thread a few weeks back and we advised you to contact your CC company for an inquiry into a chargeback. Have you done this? perhaps follow up on that thread.

I didn’t know about that - that there’s a forum for fashionphile. I’ve been looking at their LV bags. Is it authenticated?

If you search in the General Shopping forum there is a thread about purchasing from, as well as a thread about selling/consigning. Authentication is something different and up to each buyer.
