Hi Everyone,

I’m looking at going to Dr. Shin at Shinseung for an upper blepharoplasty and ptosis correction. Through reading the forums he seems to be the best. He is quoting me 5.5 million KRW for the procedure.

Is this price too high? Can anyone give me a recommendation or advice on how to bargain? Any feedback or thoughts appreciated!

Hi, did you get it done at Shinseung in the end? Just wondering how it went if you did. I couldn’t find dr shin on PRS (portal of Korean plastic surgeons) so am not sure if he’s certified..he was on my shortlist..
