Upgrade diamond stud or new LV wallet

Ladies,

I need your opinion!!!! Our anniversary is coming up so my HB give me a choice between upgrade my diamond stud now i hv 0.98 or i can pick out the new LV wallet ( which i already hv a couple of them) the budget is around $700-1000 which will give me a pretty bigger stud but i also want a new wallet too!!!!!!! OMG i cant decide help plsssss
