I think depends on the SA. One of my SA never hold anything for me, ask me to come immediately but she is even not sure its still available when I arrived. A bit frustrating

All within 2 weeks of just enquiring about it! Just wondering is it normal to get it so quick…or is it all thanks to luck & my lovely SA
