Just wanted to post a quick update to let you all know that I received my NEW and IMPROVED LUZ ring (I went with the FLIRT model) and it is SPECTACULAR!

The customer service I received from Steve at AboutTime.com and from LUZ, was fantastic.

It is really nice to see companies stand behind their products and offer fabulous customer service.

The new ring is flawless, and very beautiful. I plan to wear it for many years to come...

Thanks,
Wired

Was the Flirt the one you ordered originally or did you change? (I'm too lazy to search the threads, LOL)

I just called Steve today to see what was the deal with my ring, when would I get it and he said he had called them today - don't recall if he said had to leave a message, because he said he would get back to me in the next couple of days.

Hey wired, my Enigma is arriving Tuesday (I am trying to plan to be home for delivery), and Steve? (jeez don't have his name in front of me and I am an old lady with CRS - Can't Remember Sh&^ Syndrome, LOL) mentioned your ring and how it slipped by QC and they were so sorry and rectified it; he says mine looks good -I PRAY now it fits!

Update will happen after it arrives!

That's great Chessmont! I hope you love it. And yes, they rectified my issue promptly and fully. The new ring I received was WORLDS different and better than the first! LUZ and Steve were great all the way through the process, and I will give both more business and reccommendations.

I will stay updated on this thread and see how you like yours, but I don't come here much anymore... kind of upset with an overzealous mod and some uptight behavior.

That being said, enjoy your ring and I am certain you will love it =)

I just got the ring - it really is beautiful. Noooo, don't ask for pics, I just don't do them - go to the abouttime.com site to se the models.

Wired, I wear a 7-3/4 or 8 on R ring finger with regular width rings, but this one was wider, so I went with 8-1/2; the company recommended 8, but I felt that would not work all year-round.

It is a little loose, but I can't shake it off. An 8-1/4 would have been perfect, but they only do whole and 1/2 sizes, so I think I estimated as best as possible. An 8 might have worked, but I wanted to err on the large side.

Hey, on cold days, I'll wear it on my index finger ;)
