There are no longer any boundaries on what female or males wear for bags. Buy what you want, wear what you love. If you’re asking if these can be worn by females, the answer is of course. Any bag can be worn by anyone. No rules.
These bags are quite different…one a backpack and one a more messenger style. I’m not a huge fan of backpacks unless worn for specific reasons (school, travel, etc) but if you think it would be useful for you, great.

I think either is fine for a female. I am not a backpack person but I did try on the saumur messenger and really liked it. I have bags from the mens collections and don’t feel weird carrying them.
If this were pink or floral or Pastel, no one would even ask this question. If this were a kid's backpack with Disney princesses all over it, the same. Yes, either bag can be worn by anyone! Nearly all my LV is from Men's and no one even knows or cares.
The only thing is practicality wise, Men's bags can be bigger for our frames as women- so depending on size and comfort, you might want to try these on in store if you have the chance.
I actually think this looks fantastic on a female, have never seen in person or tried it, but that buckle flap is so classy and looks like traditional "female " flap handbags- like Coach styles etc for women- I can't think of better descriptions right now but hopefully you get what I mean. If this were in all brown (non branded) leather, it's like a classic saddle bag, does that make more sense.
