Under-eye concealer with skincare ingredients?

I'm looking for an undereye concealer that has skincare ingredients in it so that I don't have to layer multiple products in that area of my face. Could anyone on these boards recommend a good one?

Part of the problem is that I'm stupidly pale and have difficulty finding good color matches.

Ideally, I need a product that I don't touch with fingers, or that doesn't have a wand that dips back into the product, because I worry about bacteria getting into those containers.

I'm very pale and have very dark circles. The only thing I've found light enough for me is NARS creaming concealer in Chantilly and then I put Laura Mercier secret finishing powder over where I applied the concealer to set it. I also don't blend my concealer for about 5-10 mins until it's dried a bit. It is a wand concealer but I haven't had an issue with bacteria. It is a small container and doesn't last long.
