What's the best way to get rid of undereye circles? Also, has anyone ever had a broken capillary under their eye? I have a tiny little red dot under my eye and I think it may be one. Do they fade on there own or is there something I could do to get rid of it?

My broken capillaries have never gone away. Plus I have some circles due to allergies. I have tried all sorts of concealers and found the Cle de Peau is the best. It is not cheap, but goes on smoothly, stays on, and lasts forever.
I've been battling dark circles for a couple of years now. I've gone to many cosmetic surgeons out here in LA and none of them suggest anything besides makeup/concealer because the risk is way too high for damage to the eye. So be wary and do as much research on the doctor who is willing to 'do' anything to under your eyes. I've got a whole column of blogs about this very issue on my site if you want some more info.
