So there's this popular internet idol Yoon Ara (aka Yoon Ah Ra), who is known for photoshopping her pics and doing make-up tricks to achieve the 'ulzzang' (best face) look.

What happened was, after a short hiatus from Ulzzang shows, she returned with a real face just like her photoshopped pics.
She actually turned out the way she used to photoshop her old pics. But in real life. That's a drastic transformation!
Does anyone have any idea, what she did to her face in order to achieve that? I don't expect anyone to know exactly, but any assumptions?
