I placed an order 24 hours ago on the UK website and it is still saying "Your order is being validated". What on earth does that mean?! I would have expected my order to have been dispatched by now. I tried ringing customer services but it was all in French!
Can anyone help?

That just sounds like their system is on a go-slow and/or it's not being updated as the transactions happen, i wouldn't worry about it.
If you ring again and ask them to speak in English for you they will, alternatively, email them.

Oh I've had this, what did you order? Last time they rang me about my order because I'd ordered the belt strap without the buckle & apparently they had to tell me I can't purchase buckles on their own. It's usually because they need to validate your order or your address. I have an unusual address and they always query that as well which annoys me because I've bought several things off the website so they can see I use the same address & I always receive the goods

I ordered a PHW clic clac GM in blanc. What worries me is that after I placed my order online the bracelet disappeared from the online store!

That's not unusual, I've had that happen a couple of times and it just meant you got the last one... lucky you! :D

I also wouldn't worry about the "validating" thing. It's been a while since I ordered from the UK site, but from memory I think there are only two statuses: "validating" or "shipped". So while the order is being prepared I think you will see it as "validating". Give it another 24 hours and I'm sure it'll change to "shipped" soon. :smile1:

I've only ordered twice & both times it came either the next day or the day after by fed ex, I've phoned them twice & they've always spoke in English so maybe try again if you haven't received your order by Friday but I'm sure everything will be fine :)

It's still saying it's being validated. I'm hoping it's been dispatched and they just haven't updated it! I'll phone tomorrow afternoon if I still haven't heard anything.

Yes, they use the Express FedEx service and their parcels arrive within 2 working days, their online ordering is an excellent service from start to finish.
