Quick question folks: I always thought that UK & the various EU online sites were actually the same operation, hence the same stock, but currently the French site has a Bleu tempete GP that is not available on the UK site.
Does anyone know if they are actually different stocks?

they should be the same but i have noticed that on a few occasions, some items don't appear on the uk site. not sure why but the website is rather poor in general! items can also appear and not appear depending on how one gets to a particular category!

Sorry for not replying sooner. Yes, it worked perfectly and if anything, turned up quicker than usual! Unfortunately my order was for a much anticipated Galop Chromatique scarf 03 cw which had vivid red contrast hem not apparent in the picture on the website. I normally love a contrast hem, but this really clashed, so much so that I have sent it back (the returns label was for the same Bruton St address as Hermes UK gives) and I'm going to try a different cw (that's not proving to be quite so quick...).

I have discovered an additional benefit to ordering off the french site; the confirmation email is all in french and DH doesn't bother to read it properly to realise what I've been doing!:graucho:
