UK Scarf Prices - Store vs Web

Hello Ladies, just wanted to let you know that I purchased two of the A/W 08 scarves yesterday from an H store in London and that they were charged at the old price. If you get them from the website, you will be charged the new price. I know the difference is not great, but if you add in the P&P, you could get yourself a little bottle of perfume (which of course I did) Also, if there is a scarf you like on the website, if you make a note of the reference number, the store will track it down for you. Seeing them IRL is so much better and of course you get to try them on.

They also charge less for P&P than the website

Me too! Am through in Glasgow next week so will see if ANY of the new scarves have arrived yet (they said July but given some are on the website I'd like to think they'd at least have one or two of the new ones!!).

If not, I'll try the Munich store when I'm over there is August - if I can drag my DH to another Hermes store!!

It's so odd that Selfridges had more new season scarves than Bond Street??

They had quite a few in Royal Exchange - especially the Aux Portes, Coupons and Beloved India, they also have the vintage sizes and the Fantasies reissue. I managed to snaffle an Aux Portes in the pink colourway and it is just TDF and also the Coupons in the blue - perfection comes in orange boxes.

OK, just bear in mind that it's quite dull here today and mainly that I am cr*p at photos esp. with my phone. It's a little creased as I have been wearing it, but here it is

Thanks Raz and Mooks. It is such a lovely scarf, the detailing is so intricate and unfortunately my photograpy does not do it justice. The amount of colour in it is amazing too.
