if i where you email her back and tell her what she told you about too big not liking it.. when she buy from others for less than 23$. see what's her response

I agree with spoiledwifey, and then just say, sorry, no refunds for buyer's remorse. I think if she makes up something, ebay and paypal will easily see she just won two of the same and wanted to return one! I think you'll win.
