Uggh, has anyone returned items that were shipped?

Heh, I'm such an idiot-I dont know why I didnt think of that. I just got off the phone with them. I can! That saves a lot of frustration. Does anyone know about international returns or is that a BIG NO NO? I probably should have asked on the phone, but I could already tell he was getting tired of me. I'm just asking because I'm trying to get my friend the sophie(a different one thank God) and there is a possibility is could come from Japan. Hopefully they arent sold out!

You might want to check out this link for more info on the Centurion Card. The card is issued by invitation only...just meeting the spending limits doesn't automatically qualify you. The annual fee alone is $2,500...unreal!

I've had charge-sends and my SA told me that if I don't like it I can always return it on the spot, and after I can get another shipment to me

Honestly, as long as she is paying you for the bag, then you really don't have a complaint. $1,300 is a lot of money to spend on a bag that you're not satisfied with. Sometimes you don't know that you don't like something until you try it on or wear it. It would be unfair of you to want her to keep something just because you put it on your credit card.
