two different auctions, same photos?

I thought this was a pretty good deal until I saw that yes this person stole the photos from this auction below. How can I report it?

Not sure anymore, since eBay lets users 'steal' photos now if the original seller never opted out of that photoing sharing nonsense. Not sure if that covers only eBay hosted photos or if it covers all photos used on eBay

Only the owner of the original photos can have the copied photos removed by ebay. If you want to take this further email the seller with the information & auction number.
