This is my Twist trunk. Bought it a few years back.
I just noticed that the 2 ends of the flab is tilted @curled. It is very obvious. I tried to flatten it but can’t.
( no picture as I took it n rushed to the LV boutique n didn’t take a photo. My Twist is with the manager at the moment)
The Manager mentioned it is common as it has canvas on the flab. I was shocked hearing that! I couldn’t accept that!
As the construction of the Twist flab in general is firm n stiff n the flab is thick too. And mine for sure is!!
And the canvas is just that layer at the top. Even my Metis has no issue and the Metis flab isn’t firm or stiff as the Twist.
What should I do? How can I convince him that this is unacceptable? He admits it is not wear & tear ( as my Twist is like brand new).
Please help. I really need advice.
