I think they're fine for work. I don't consider tweed fetish even if they are 4 in. high. Especially when worn with pants.

Love them! I have a pair of Dolce that are very similar. I wear them to the office.

I think they are a little "cheap" looking. You should get tweed chanel Ballet flats instead!
