I walked into the Coach store and dark turquoise charlie carryall tote immediately caught my eye. It seemed the perfect size to carry a few personal belongings and work files, but i'm wondering if the turquoise makes sense for work? The tote itself is simple and professional in design, but i'm worried whether this color will go with everything and is a neutral that it doesn't stand out too much but still looks attractive and sleek? I wonder if it will go with pinks/reds for outfits and be eye-catching in a good way.

Definitely pink and red will complement that color. It’s such a pretty bag and will go well with a lot of stuff surprisingly
I would also say yes. The good thing about solid color bags for the most part is that they either match most outfits or complement most outfits. That pop of color is always nice instead of always being matchy matchy (which isn't a bad thing either). I say if you love it, you should get it!!
