Turnlock Repair Question

Hello! I bought a Legacy Signature Shoulder Bag last week at the outlet in Lee MA. Well one of the front turnlocks has fallen off...twice! What should I do? Can I take it to the boutique at Copley Place for an exchange? Should I send it away for repair? My concern is since the creed has the O on it they won't swap it for me. TIA!!

If it has the bullseye from the outlet they will still repair it for $20. If they can't repair it they may offer you something like a credit or a % off. The full price store is probably not going to just let you swap it out.

Thanks ladies! I know I should just send it in; it's much easier. I am bummin' because I just bought it a week ago after wanting it for months and I always want to use it. Isn't that always the way?!

It was $271! I couldn't believe it when I saw it. Still, even with paying the $20 to get it repaired it is a great deal; I just don't want to be without it!
