Trying to organize closets, etc. - Tips and Ideas

What are your best ideas?

I don't want to spend a lot of money on this. My closets are fairly small, but I have 2 in each of my 2 bedrooms and a coat closet, along with a linen closet upstairs.

I did buy a case of plastic shoe boxes from the container store. But I like the original boxes, if I have them.

I like to have all clear plastic hangers.

Some of these things you hang and use look cheap and messy.

How about drawers?

I started doing that after I saw it on tPF. Keeps my shoes so organized and everyone that comes over says... DAMN girl you have a crazy shoe collection!
