Trying to learn year or authenticity info for Coach cross body

This isn’t from a seller. My aunt gave me this out of her closet. I think it is quite old, but welll-maintained. Could someone help me learn the approximate year of this bag? It doesn’t have a card, just a serial number stamped on the inside compartment, No. 0954-252.
