Trouble connecting to Louis Vuitton website

I am not able to view the louis vuitton us website, it's been a month since I've browsed their website to pick out a bag. It keeps saying "access denied". I tried from my ipad, android phone - so frustrating. I'm almost thinking of buying another brand's bag (goyard or ysl) at this point. Anyone else having this problem?

Likely you are encountering some sort of spam or DDOS protection that LV deploys. Are you using a VPN to connect to the internet?

Vuitton's official website is www.louisvuitton.com - try clearing your browser cache perhaps, that may resolve your issue.

If you have Frontier Cable, this is a current issue with them (can’t remember the reason). I’m in the same boat. Turn wifi off on phone/tablet and you’ll be able to access it just fine.

Hmm, that’s weird. Has worked for me consistently. Got no other ideas to help. On the upside, think of all the $ you’ll save if you can’t access the site

I am having the same issue. I've contacted frontier and they said they can't help me. I am about to switch internet providers. This is so annoying.

I've had this issue, try clearing browser cache and cookies for the LV domain. That resolved it for me

I am pretty sure it is Frontier. When I access the site at work- no problem. I can also access the site just fine from a hot spot at Starbuck's! Go figure- a public WiFi is more secure than my home Frontier-provided internet- at least according to LV! Makes no sense. Not being able to leisurely browse from the comfort of home in my bunny slippers has curtailed my spending- LV are you listening??!!!

Thank you KimT I secretly thought my hubby was playing to trick on me too. I think some husband is sitting Frontier corporate, blocking luxury websites from his wife and rest of other women... hahaha

Omg....I've been having this problem for months! I have tried multiple computers and everyone's phone in the house! I even messaged LV. I too have Frontier. I turned off the wifi on my phone and I was able to view. I am so thankful for this thread!
