Hi! I have stayed away from shiny calfskin triomphe bags, even though I like the look of them, for fear of scratches and creasing. I don’t want to have to baby the bag. However, I was recently told by an SA that the shiny calfskin doesn’t scratch or show wear and tear that easily and that the shiny calfskin has a protective layer/coating (making it resistant to scratches)? Is this true?
Shiny calfskin owners, does your bag scratch easily and does the leather flap show creases? Does the gold triomphe clasp also scratch easily? I’m considering the classique/teen triomphe and the Claude shoulder bag. Thanks!
