Trinity cords

Is anyone else’s Cartier boutique not changing the cords for the trinity bracelet? I’m so upset, every other store is open and functional except theirs

If not…you should write an email to the customer service of Cartier.

What? I know Cartier US sucks but they go that far? Not sure if writing them will help. Filed a long complaint to no avail so far.

I would recommend calling them.

cartier manhasset isn't affiliated with cartier, it's a franchise owned by london jewelers. i think that may have something to do with it

Just had cord change last weekend at Aventura. It was no problem at all. Told our SA that's what we were interested in when making our appointment. All color options were nicely presented to us. Sorry to hear that you're having difficulty, how disappointing!

They have the cords, they just don’t want to change them due to COVID precautions (even though every other store there is fully open)

I’ve tried writing to headquarters and calling the store, they don’t care. Horrible customer service
