Traveling with Ostrich

Hi everyone! I have two lovely preloved Ostrich Prada purses, and I hope to use one while traveling to Italy next week from the USA.

Because of CITES, am I allowed to travel with my ostrich bag as my personal bag? I do not have CITES certificates for my bags as they are preloved. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

Did you end up bringing these lovely bags with you? I am curious as I am thinking of bringing my ostrich bag on my next trip and I didn’t get any CITES when I bought mine, even though it was purchased directly from the boutique. Thank you!

Hi! Yes, I brought one of them. Packed it in my carry-on. No issues for me. I have no CITES or anything.

I'm sure you'll be okay just bring it at your own risk though!
