SPAIN! The alhambra in Granada is the most beautiful romantic place in the WORLD (and I went when I was 20 and single). I loved everything about the culture (people, food, nightlife, shopping) and what history! It really has a lot of everything for everyone.
If you're game to venture to the Orient I also loved Hong Kong. Great shopping and the city is very alive.

You're spoilt for choice! Ireland is really beautiful, although its not the place to go if you want warm weather!
Sorrento is a really beautiful part of Italy if you didnt visit there.
Barcelona or Madrid are fantastic for city breaks, as is London if you've never been, all of them have so much to do and see!
Greece is a really beautiful part of the world too, either the islands for a relaxing beach holiday, or Athens for culture and sight seeing!
