I thought I'd share my experience in getting my hands on a herbag. I'm currently in Vegas staying at the Encore and went down to H downstairs. They didn't have the Herbag in the PM size but the larger one. I asked if they could check Crystal as well and was told that they have nothing either. My next stop is San Fran followed by LA. So I called up the SF store to ask if they had any in stock and if they could hold one as I would be stopping by in a few days. I got told my the SA there that there was none in the States at all. I asked if I could order one and then get it shipped to Australia. The SA told me to talk to someone at the Vegas store as they do international shipping.
So I end up speaking to Christian at the Wynn store and he didn't sound overly helpful. It was like I was wasting his time. He took down my details and said that he would email me if something came in. I seriously wander if he would or whether he just discarded my details after the call.
Anyway, so I called the store in Beverley Hills given that my last stop in the States. It's my last hope to get the Herbag. I just thought that being in the States, I'd have a better chance of getting a bag than back home, where it cost more and have limited stock.
I got Stephanie on the phone and I have to admit that she is the most helpful and nicest SA I have ever spoken to at any H store. I told her my dilemma and she said she would search all the stores in the States to find me a bag and then call me back. She suggested that the Wynn store could do this too if I wanted to go to them, but I told them that they weren't helpful, so she took charge and said she would do the research. If she found one, then I could just go into the Wynn Store and do the paperwork. I just got a voicemail message from her to tell me she's located a few in the States but they are all located on the east coast and the stores were already closed. But that she would call first thing tomorrow morning and then let me know how she goes. Now that's service. I'm not sure if she will get her hands on one, but regardless the lengths that she has gone to, to help me as already beyond my expectations.
I'll keep you all updated on how it goes.!!!
