You can call JAX (888-262-6224) and order these Japan-exclusive keychains through them. Just give the representative the style number when you order.

Just coming back from a vacation in Japan I nearly gagged at these prices. 8400¥ for a shamrock fob you can get for $14 here?!? 
Well, 8400 yen = approximately $93 CAD. So even factoring in our exchange rate vs. yours, any way you slice it, my reaction is still "yikes!"
No. Coach has these key chains available in their warehouse in Florida. If you order through Customer Service, it will be shipped from Jacksonville, Fl location via UPS. It will not be shipped from Japan unless you order directly from their site. You will be only be charged the US price for these items. So if the baby bear key fob is say $48 US, that is all you have to pay. Not $100.
I have ordered many JP exclusive items by calling Coach CS in the past, and they always shipped from Florida. So don't worry about it. Feel free to call them up if you're not sure.
