My husband wants to buy me a new bag...he never offers to buy purses because I have so many. I want a tote that I can use for a long time. I have 3 kids so I need something that will hold up well to daily use and clean well.

Have to have:
-no middle divider
-at least one pocket inside
-straps that fit over my shoulder easily
-structured bottom so it stands up

would like:
-outside pockets on the ends
-zip closure

Recommendations??

I know there's a lot out there that would fit my specifications. My main issue is that a lot of them have big bold designs. I want something more classic that won't be dated in a year. I only want silver hardware and a pattern (if there is one) that won't date my bag as I plan to keep it for a long time.
I liked the Coach one color totes lately but have heard the edges and handles wear horribly in a very short period of time.
My all time favorite bag was my LV Damier Azur Totally MM. I sold it and wish I hadn't. I had the similar bag from MK..the jet set zip top but it never broke in like the LV did and seemed smaller somehow.

Any other designers make a bag like the Totally in my current price range?

Lol, sorry again for my recommendations, it says 200 budget, I thought it said 2000.

Longchamp makes nylon totes in that price range. I got my special edition with the bird cage for $180. It has an inside pocket, no middle divider, a flat bottom and a zip top.

I got a coach tote at the outlet for 100$ it doesnt have a zip but it fits every other specification you mentioned. I noticed in the coach regular store they had a tote almost identical to mine but with a zip i think it was like 300 though. If you live near an outlet i would check the coach i'm sure you'll be able to find something that fits your bill.
