Arghhhh I swear every time they do a sale they have massive computer glitches and issues. I jumped online the minute I saw the sale and had two things in my cart and all it kept doing was keep asking me for payment info. I entered my cc 3 times and then the image in the screen split and I just gave up. I called to order via phone and the same thing happen to the girl who was trying to place my order...I gave up, so frustrating.
I'll go look tomorrow when it's calmed down a bit.

I hope what you want is still in stock, I hesitated and an hour and a half later signed in to see the bag I wanted had sold out. I was looking at the same bag in the summer and this happened then too during the private sale.

Absolutely. I like to wait until they start adding the 'extra 30% off' during the private sale, but sometimes you just can't wait. They had a few things I grabbed yesterdsy and first thing in the morning I couldn't get it to go through, but when I went back in the evening it seemed fine.

I didn't realize they offered an additional % off during the private sale. Do they do this every time? At what point in the sale? Thanks!!
