Ok, so I have fallen in love with a pair of leopard Tory Burch pumps and I was going to order them from shopbop.com, but realized at the check-out that of some reason this specific shoes could not be shipped to Australia (where I am located)

So I am wondering if anyone knows if there are any online stores shipping to Australia that sells Tory Burch shoes..? I have checked their webpage, and it does not ship internationally, and net-a-porter and saks dont have the shoes I am looking for...I have no idea if there are any places that stock Tory Burch around either, but I doubt it as I am located in boring Perth!

Hope to hear from anyone, I really loved these shoes!

Have you tried calling ToryBurch.com's customer service? I would ask if anyone could look into who is carrying that style and if they would make the exception to mail the shoes abroad. I'm guessing most stores have the policy to curtail cc fraud, but if you talk to a real person they should be able to call your cc company to verify your billing/shipping address as a match.

If you call a TB boutique, I've had nothing but good experiences with the Chicago store. HTH!

Hey, before you go through alot of headache trying to get these shoes, please know that I bought them yesterday and they have already started to shed & that was while I was trying them on! Some hair does eventually come off, so consider this. And this is considered normal wear and tear, so TB.com will not replace them. I've already made arrangements for my speedy return.

Too bad it's Sept and you're in Perth---I'll be in Sydney and Melbourne at the beginning of Nov...I'd bring them to you if you couldn't find any other option! But I agree with what Daby said above. I'm not familiar with this particular shoe but I've had nothing but headaches with TB shoes...the number of sandals and heels that have fallen apart in unreasonable amount of time is crazy! Their customer service has always been great but I'm always shocked at the lack of quality in their shoes...

Hi, thanks for all your replies! Oh, I will definitely take that into account, daby and emcosmo! So the Tory Burch shoes are normally low quality? I really like them though.. Ah, typical! So you reckon they wont last long?

I have e-mailed customer service and found an e-mail address for international sales enquiries so hopefully they will answer me. Unless I will call them and ask!

Thanks again for your replies and help!

^ the hair on the shoes may not last long & considering the price, you may not want to do this. I have 2 other raids of revas in leather & suede which are fine, but the leopard shedding is too much for me to deal with.

My revas have always been fine, but they stretched out quickly (though I do have very narrow feet). The problems I always had were with sandals. One pair had a metal strap that went between the toes and hooked to a strap that went around the ankle (i forget what the pair was called). Anyway after wearing them two or three times the snap on the left shoe snapped off. TB replaced the shoe but it was still annoying that they broke so quickly. another pair of sandals that I had broke in a fairly similar way. TB had to refund me since they no longer sold the style. Now I'm not rough with my shoes and neither pair had been worn more than 2-3 times. Perhaps it's because my feet are so large (I'm an 11). But regardless, I've had bad luck with their shoes...

I do have to say, though, if you love a pair or shoes...get them...yes they may wear a bit...but if you love them that's what really matters.

And if you absolutely can't find a way to get them to you, then PM and I will offer to help you out (am I allowed to do that?) I will always help a gal get her shoes!! :D
