Tory Burch Tory Burch Suede Revas - Scuff Marks :(

Hello ladies,

So I had just receive my purple suede revas (my first suede ones!) from Shopbop and the shoes have scuff marks all around. I called their customer service and was told that happens in shipping and there's nothing they can do but take them back and ship a replacement pair, but that the replacement pair would likely have the same marks.

Since these are my first suede ones I was hoping someone else can confirm that this is indeed the case with these shoes. Also, if so, how do you ladies clean your suede revas?

I bought a pair of black leather revas from shopbop last year, and they looked like they had been used or something because the bottom of the shoes had marks on them. I would return the shoes and go to a store to buy a pair if I were you.

i know this is an old thread, but i also bought silver revas from shopbop. it arrived with a huge scratch. even a 5 yr old would notice it. i'm surprised they send out damaged goods. i mean, do they expect us not to notice and just "deal with it"?

i have suede revas and leopards and neither pair came with scuff marks. (one ordered off cusp the other nordies) I know i've ordered frye boots off shopbop's site before and they didn't even send a box with them! They just shipped the boots in the shipping box, unprotected and everything. Luckily they're rough boots so they weren't damaged, but I could see how that'd be a problem with revas.
