I just bought a pair of the REVA flats and I know you actually have to go half a size down. They run big.

Yes, I usually wear 8, but I tried 7.5 and they worked well.

i tried the rory crochet flats at the tory burch boutique last wkd. i got the same size as the reva flats which is TTS for me.

I have the crochet(Coconut) flats and they are true to size for me! I just ordered the Reva's in black with silver emblem too!

I have just received my Rories from Saks and I would say that they are a touch larger than expected, although it all depends on whether or not you have prominent heel bones or not (I don't) and the leather band would be a killer if you have bunions...

Having said that, they're really nicely made.
