Tory Burch Tory Burch Revas - black leather turning green?

I've had my Revas for less than 1 year - bought last summer - and the leather on the toes and backs has started turning green! Is that normal?

I bought them at Nordstrom so I'm debating bringing them back to the store and asking if they can fix/replace, because I don't want to wear them based on how they look right now.

Nordstrom is awesome with returns. Just bring them back.

Did you buy them online? If so, you can look up your receipt. I think you def need the receipt. If you don't have it I would try anyway or contact Tory Burch directly.

I bought them in store last July. I loved them so much that I didn't think I needed a receipt. I used my Nordstrom card but I don't have a receipt or a statement from back then.

I'll contact Tory Burch, see if they can help.

No box, just the shoes. I emailed Tory Burch directly to see if they have a policy on repairing/replacing. I love these shoes I just think that these things turning green in 8 months makes no sense.

Finally received a response back from Tory Buch CS today - they are sending me a gift card for the full cost of the Revas. Not sure if I will get a new pair or something else.
