I've done clothing returns and the turn around was pretty quick, maybe you should call to ask if they received it?

I've done two returns and it took about a week both times. Did you check your return tracking number?

It does take like almost 2 weeks for them to sent you an email confirming the returns. such a long process.

Returns can take a couple weeks. This is why I try to return at a store (if I'm near one) but the problem is I usually end up buying something else...oops

Can an online purchase be returned back in the store even if its in canada? I cant seem to find an answer about this.

I'm not in Canada so I'm not sure but you should call their customer service line.
