So I recently purchased an Amanda wristlet from the outlet and had them ship it to my house. The whole process has been wonderful until I opened the package

There seems to be an excess on one corner of the bag

Sorry, excess leather on one corner of the bag causing some wrinkling within the leather.

I contacted the outlet and got ahold of the store manager. She said that they are completely sold out of the bag so she can't give me a replacement but she can either A. Give me a full refund or B. give me a 20% refund on the purchase price and let me keep the bag.

Here is a photo of the bag

She said that the leather should settle as I continue to carry things in the bag..

So I guess the question is.... What would you do?!

Yes! its on the the bottom right.. maybe its not as noticeable as I am making it out to be?

Oh I see! Sorry, I should not have looked at that with my iPhone! Yes it does look like a bit of excess leather. I would make sure to ask and call the TB phone line and ask them about it to be sure that it won't be negative in the long run and or they might have one for you.

But to be honest it does look like it's going to wrinkle more as more usage has been done since, well, the excess leather is still going to be there. As the rest of the leather streches, so does that excess, which will probably still look like that! I'm not sure though, but I've had a similar experience...

If you ABSOLUTELY love this bag, then by means keep and receive the discount. If you cannot picture yourself being okay of letting this go, and if you can live without regrets, then by all means! If it were me, I'd get a refund just because no one can do anything about the excess leather :s

Thank you so much for your input!! I think I will sleep on tonight and decide in the am :)

That kind of thing wouldn't bother me, but if it bothers you then no amount of discount will make you happy with the bag. If it doesn't really bother you that much then take the discount, it sounds like a great deal. :smile1:

If you really love the bag I would get the discount and keep it since it is a bit of excess, nothing huge, but that's just my opinion. However, if the excess of leather will keep you from using the bag as much as you would do if it hadn't got it, you should definitely return it. :smile1:
