Tory Burch Tory Burch "cal" low leather pump. CHEAP?

So, I'm fairly disappointed with the quality on this Tory Burch product. It is retailed for $310 and after about 3 wears the bottom of the shoe starts to.. tear apart? The bottom layer seems to be peeling which exposes the inner icky sole-ish kind of part to this "Tory Burch" pump.

ADVICE? I really do not want to stop wearing them..
I mean, C'MON $310 for 3 wears? I am not made of gold. I have about 4-5 pairs of Tory Burch shoes that range from flats to pumps.. and this shoe almost makes me want to stop buying Tory Burch ALL at once.

I would demand to return them. This looks defective to me. Sorry that this has happened and now you have to hassle with them.

That looks horrible! $310 shoes should NOT wear like that, leather sole or not.

How can I return them after I have worn them though? Wouldn't that be weird
I got these at bloomingdales and I dont think I have the receipt anymore..
It hasn't been that long though.. Any other advice? Thanks for the replies everyone!

I would try to return them, this is unacceptable fora $310 pair of shoes.
