Toronto Jewellery Designers

Does anybody know of any jewellery designers in the Toronto, Canada area (I actually live about an hour away but am willing to travel)? I know exactly what I would like for my engagement ring but I can't seem to find it anywhere so we are looking to have it made. I would appreciate any suggestions - especially if you have seen their work.

My husband's friend ownes a beautiful little boutique called Vernissage in the beaches... they specialize in custom orders and seem to be really good! for custom work and different stones not usually available in B&M stores I go to Twain jewellers in Newmarket and Church st. in Toronto they have gems such as spinel, tanzanite, alexandrite and very fair prices for what they offer. they're newmarket store is moving and everything is 85% off right now...I may have purchased a few things

RJB your practically my neighbour!I think they're moving at the end of august or beginning of september, I just got a gorgeous ruby ring from there for an early birthday present, there's a thread here with pics. the toronto store has more unique gems because the work shop is at that location and gems such as spinels dont have as big of a market as the regular types of gems (diamonds, rubies, sapphires..etc..)
