Are there any kind tPFers in the Toronto area that know of any good hairstylists that work well with extensions? I am going to be in the area and would like a good wash/blowout/style on Monday, April 25. TIA!

I had hair extensions (Great Lengths) for almost two years and I loved them. I went to Luca Conforti in Tonyc at Sherway Gardens. Too be honest, he is a real douche bag and I stopped going to him. I stopped because I dyed my hair back to brown and me spending less $$ at his salon really affected his attitude towards me. BUT BUT BUT he really does know what he is doing and he will do an amazing job. I vouche for him on his skills as a hair dresser, and I guess that is why he can be a complete ass. I always got 23" and three packs for body and length. He charges 120 a pack and then 400 to put them in and then 60 to cut/style them. GL and let me know if you get a chance to meet him!;)

Thanks very much for your response! I already have extensions in, (EuroLocs) and I wanted to try to get a blowout and style while I am in Toronto and just wanted to find a salon that has dealt with hair with extensions in (I once went to a "reputable" salon that ended up RIPPING out a section of my hair because they weren't careful, even though I warned them ahead of time! UGH!)

Oh wow I totally mis-read what you wrote! LOL Sorry! I thought you wanted to get them! LOL :p But I would still recommend that salon, and Luca for anything hair-related!
