Hi guys,

I was told Chanel in Toronto doesn't send purses out to the Chanel Spa. I have a vintage one that needs a little bit of TLC. Where have you had good experiences with bag cleaning and repair in the Toronto area? TIA!

Look into Kaner's on bloor (in the underground). The place was actually recomended to me by Chanel on Bloor years ago. I haven't been there in years but they did a great job fixing shoes and shortening belts for me in the past. I have a pair of Prada shoes I plan to take to them for repair shortly.
Alternatively, ask the staff at Chanel where they would recommend now.
