I know that Canadian Boutiques do special order for Menswear.
In Vancouver, if you want to order menswear, you go directly to your boutique maybe a week after the show, and talk to your SA about ordering a specific piece.
They don't have sizes for you to try on so you basically have to guess your size. Then you pay 50% deposit, and when it arrives in 6 months you have to take it whether you like it on you or not.

Oh unfortunately I'm afraid that is impossible. The collection was from too long ago.
