Torn on Lo and Sons purchase

I am loving the Lo and Sons Black Friday sale as I feel like the % off is higher than usual.

I have 2 OG bags (brown and gray) and an OMG (blue heather) but have been eyeing a black bag for work travel forever. They were OOS all summer long, which I think was due to burning inventory as now the OG 2 is out.
I've wanted black with silver hardware forever, but in the new configuration I absolutely love the gray interior, which only comes with gold. I would go with the larger version for the exterior laptop pocket.

So....do I get over my aversion to gold hardware and go with the interior I like, or do I go with the hardware I like and go with purple interior? Or do I hold off in hopes of silver/black/gray coming out in the future?

This is totally a want, not a need, and to be honest I will likely only use it a few times a year. Of course one of my travel purses has gold hardware and the other has silver, so that isn't helping as a tie-breaker. Bag can be found here:

I would go with the hardware I liked better as long as I didn't hate the interior. I saw the purple, I think it looks nice, not too "in your face". Actually I like it better than the grey interior. But I love a good pop of color, not everyone does.

I would contact them and ask if there are plans to release a version that is black/gray with silver hardware. That way you can make an informed decision.
