Ever had an Hermes related question that you were just too shy or scared to ask your sales person? If so, what was it?...

Honestly I don’t feel we should be shy or scare to ask our SAs any H related questions. Just like anything happening in life, the worst you will get is a “no” and at least you find out the answers yourself quickly by asking politely .
Exactly my point. I was baffled to hear someone tell me that they were shy to ask a particular question because they thought they would be judged and/or laughed at. It’s sad but I’ve seen how certain SA’s carry themselves with clients.

I think it's almost paradoxical - those who feel shy or scared (often we see them coming to tPF, doing research, asking for advice...) - they tend to be people who are actually interested in the brand & would be wonderful customers. Meanwhile, Hermes definitely also gets some - shall we say - interesting customers, who aren't the best clients for the brand but none of those people are scared or shy (instead they feel completely entitled and demand things).

I love the attitude guys.

As mentioned above, people shouldn’t feel that way when going in to shop. SA’s are there to help so if they can’t do that then they shouldn’t be there. Believe me, I too struggle with the pronunciation of some of the descriptions.

I wanted to see if I could help anyone answer any of their questions they may be shy to ask as well.
