If you have the motard in black then a limelight in gold would be suitable for a completely different occasion. If you can see yourself wearing it and getting use out of both, then go for it!

Oooh, I hadn't heard about the new Limelight versions - good news! I think it shows LV's vision of the importance of the clutch in the next seasons. Since the new clutch versions will be different, I don't think it is redundant. We all have many handhelds or shoulder bags, right?? Having a couple of clutches is the same.
