Too dirty or can it be cleaned?

I was looking at this bag and not sure if it can be cleaned. What do ya'll think?? :huh:

wow that bag is 5-6 yrs old!!!! the serial # starts with a 4..its in good shape for it being that old.

I guess the color makes it hard to keep it clean.... :wondering
Some discoloration looks like it could be cleaned off but wasn't sure...
