I'm not a member but contacted their live person and they said there is a 30 day return poilcy so if you don't like you can retunr as long as all tags are on still....

Hope somone gets a deal. the Bugattis are awesome!! 3 colors- tan, taupe, and chocolate. i was so temtpted but I have 3 Paddys already and love them, but they are heavy so I'm trying to get some other lighter bags in my collection. But hopefully someone gets one cause they are cool!!! Who knows if I have wine tonight with dinner, I may end up buying one.

Please be careful - there have been reports of bags being sent out in very poor condition. They are generally tenth, eleventh or thwelthhand, or more, after all and people tend to look after rented items far less well than they would their own... :s

Yes, be careful. I purchased a bag from their outlet and it was listed as "gently carried" - when it arrived, it was quite obviously heavily used, with a badly chipped padlock, very darkened handle (it's a hobo, so it just has one), and some leather discoloration in a couple of areas. I attempted to get a price adjustment or a return and they denied the first and told me they'd send a return authorization, but never did. Of course, it took them over a month to finally respond to my customer service complaint, so it was beyond the return time anyway. I kept the bag (since I figured that I would not only not get my money back upon returning it, but also be out a bag) but I will never do business with them again.

I actually do use the bag quite a bit now, as it's beat up enough that I don't feel like I have to baby it as much as some of my other bags. However, I am still extremely disappointed with their customer service and the bag I received.

Oh - and if you do purchase, make sure you don't want to resell, because it came without tags or a dustbag (not that it's impossible to sell without those, but it makes it more difficult, and given the condition of my bag I'm sure I'd get far less than I paid for it).

Wow...so sorry!!! I didn't know!! Absolutely did not mean to reference a company selling bad bags. Very sorry!!! Good thing I DID NOT pull the trigger on the Burberry I was eyeing....Please accept apologies if anyone bought anything from my post At least they do have a return policy, so hopefully if anyone did, they can return them....
