Hello! I purchased a men's leather Tom Ford backpack at a department store and after wearing it a few times one of the straps started coming undone. I reached out to TF but they said they won't repair items not purchased at a TF boutique. I can't go back to the department store because it's in Switzerland and I'm in the US. Where do you recommend that I repair the strap? I'm worried about taking it anywhere since I want to make sure they get the stitching correct.

Gonna throw this out there... Contact the local film union office in your area and get the contact information for the Costume / Wardrobe Department, (granted this is an accessory, not a wardrobe piece) but they do know materials and stitching, and hire an Alterationist or Seamsperson for the repair.
