I was lucky to get the TP 19 and 26 before the price increase. I passed on the 15 when it was offered to me but I am expecting 2 mini PAs so not too upset that my TP collection is not complete. I have a chance to order the Kiragami Pouchette now. For those of you who own both, is it worth it? Is it too duplicative to have both types of SLGs in my collection? TIA

I had the Kiragami set. It looks nice but because of the envelope style and v cut, I found the interior space limited. I ended up returning it and getting the mini pochette and the toiletry 19. I am very happy with both and find them more useful.

One thing I will say in favor of the Kiragami is that it is super cute with the chain strap added. I like it better than the TP when its styled like that. It just looks more balanced.
Not duplicative at all. TPS are structured and top zippered which are both pros and cons. I use the TP 15 as an organizer in my Alma BB because it can stand on its own. The Kirigami set is so versatile. It is also softer and can flatten when empty which takes up less bulk room in your bag. Because the inner leather lining is soft, it doesn’t get warped when expanded like the neverfull pouches. IPad mini does fit the large pouch but I also use it for papers and nest the medium and small ones inside. I rarely reach for my 26 so gifted it away. The TP 19 I only use when I pull my keepall 45 for overnights. It kinda depends on which bags you use. Like I said, the corners of the TPs bother me and the fact that the zippers don’t really close the bag (gaps on either end). Hope that helps.
I have all TP sizes and 2 sets of kirigami. They have their own role in my bags. 
On a daily basis, I use TP15 to store some tiny toilettries, lippy, cushion powder, hand sanitizer. My medium and small kirigami are nested with some documents, ID, swipecards, etc.
